ABOUT DIRTY AT HOME KIT 

  • What is a DIY Kit?

Our brand-new DIY Kits, containing all the instructions and ingredients to recreate our restaurant dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen.

  • How does it work?

We’ll deliver a box of quality uncooked ingredients and a step-by-step cooking guide to your door so that you can confidently recreate certain Dirty Bones dishes.

 

OUR FOOD

  • How should I store my kit?

The fridge pack will keep everything cool for 24 hours from dispatch. We recommend that you consume your kit within 2 days (keep refrigerated) once received and not to freeze.

  • Do you offer Gluten Free, Diary Free options?

We don’t currently offer gluten free buns and won’t be able to change any of the kits to suit dietary requirements or add delivery notes.

  • Where can I find the full list of ingredients for each meal?

Check out ‘What's Included and Allergens’ within each menu item on our website.

  • Will cooking instructions be included?

Recipe cards for every meal kit are provided in your delivery box.

 

ORDERING

  • How do I place an order?

Just head to our website and click the ‘DIRTY AT HOME’ button to get started.

  • Where do you deliver?

We deliver NATIONWIDE, with the exception of the Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.  Use the postcode finder on our checkout page to find out if your location is eligible.

  • How much is the delivery charge?

All delivery charges are included within the price of your kit so that there are no nasty surprises at the checkout.

  • When do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesday to Friday between 7:30am and 7:30pm.

  • When do I need to place my order?

Order before 12 pm for the next scheduled delivery.

  • Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before delivery. 

  • Can I send a Kit to someone else as a gift?

Absolutely! When completing the shipping address field, add the lucky gift recipients postal address and we’ll send it their way.

 

DELIVERIES

  • Can I select a delivery time slot?

Orders will be delivered between 7:30am and 7:30pm on your chosen delivery date. We can’t offer specific delivery slots just yet – but you’ll get an email in the morning on your chosen delivery day with a one-hour delivery time.

  • Do I need to be in when my order is delivered?

Yes, we will need someone to be in at the specified delivery address to receive your Kit. You can add in delivery instructions if you cannot be in, such as leaving with a neighbour or in a safe place.  However, as we deliver perishable goods, we would recommend ensuring there is someone on hand to receive and refrigerate the items as soon as they arrive. 

Dirty Bones are unable to accept liability for missing parcels once delivery has been made.

  • I have not received my order confirmation email

Check your junk or spam folder first, and if no luck still then please email to orders@dirty-bones.com and will help you out.

  • How do you deliver the meals safely during COVID19?

Drivers are wearing gloves when handling orders and are required to wash their hands before shift, after shift and between jobs. They wear a new pair of gloves for each delivery. Vehicles are washed and sanitized thoroughly at the end of each day.  Where possible, orders are delivered to customers with minimal to no contact.

  • How do you keep the meals fresh during the delivery?

All of our meals are delivered by either refrigerated vehicles or are packed in insulated packaging and include chilled gel packs, to keep your food fresh during delivery.

  • Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, our packaging is fully recyclable.  

  • What if I miss my delivery?

If you miss a delivery and no safe place was specified, unfortunately, we cannot re-deliver any missed deliveries. This is due to the perishable nature of the products being purchased.

 

ISSUES WITH MY ORDER

  • My order hasn’t arrived

If your delivery hasn’t arrived by 7pm on your delivery day please let us know via orders@dirty-bones.com

  • I haven’t received my delivery notification email

Please check your junk or spam folders first! Although every effort is made by our delivery drivers to provide a delivery window, this isn’t always possible – so delivery should be expected between 7:30am - 7:30pm of your chosen delivery day.

We’re working hard to improve the accuracy of our delivery service and provide all customers with a specified time slot.

  • I am not happy with my kit

We do aim to provide excellent service and high-quality food, so if you’re not satisfied then please let us know via orders@dirty-bones.com  and one of the team will get back to you to resolve the problem.

Please check that all of the order info is correct, including correct door numbers, telephone numbers and postcodes, before submitting the order form.
