OLD SKOOL FASHIONED

Baked apple Bulleit bourbon, Rosso vermouth, vanilla, cinnamon  
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Pour 65ml into the glass. 
Stir for 15 seconds. Add more ice if needed.  
Garnish with an orange peel.

RUM BABY RUM

Butter washed rum, gingerbread liqueur, dark salted caramel, bitters
Fill a Hi-ball glass with ice cubes. Pour 70ml into the glass
Stir for 10 seconds. Add more ice if needed 
Garnish with an orange peel.

MAMACITA MARGARITA

Tequila, raspberry liqueur, chipotle cordial, lime
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Pour 65ml into the glass.  
Stir for 10 seconds. Add more ice if needed. Garnish with a raspberry or fresh red chilli – You can serve this drink in a rocks glass with ice if you prefer your margarita on the rocks.
